Pony Pins Encourage a local student-artist!  The Chincoteague Cultural Alliance awards three scholarships annually to Chincoteague High School graduates who demonstrate artistic talent. The scholarships are awarded to students who excell in visual arts, drama and music. Funds to support the scholarships are raised annually through collection cans/tip jars in various CCA member ships, at CCA events and through the sales of the pony pins. Thanks to the support from donors in 2007, three scholarships of $500 each were awarded at the 2008 graduation ceremony. Acoustic Music Concert Tickets CCA presents six acoustic music concerts each year.  The fall season runs September through November.  The spring series runs March through May.  Performances have ranged through blues, old time, country-western, American folk music, Celtic, singer-songwriters, jazz and others.  Season tickets are available.  Tickets may be purchased on-line, at retail outlets and through the mail.
